Student Congress actually begins before the JV & SV Congress Rounds start as students participating in Congress write their own Bills and Resolutions to be considered and debated in their Congress session.
This is part of the FUN and CHALLENGE as well as a major part of the LEARNING EXPERIENCE!

The deadline for Bills and Resolutions to be submitted to our Junior Varsity Congress Director, Mrs. Margaret Myhre at margarettant@gmail.com, is 6:00 PM on Monday, March 20th.
SENIOR VARSITY BILL & RESOLUTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The deadline for SV Bills and Resolutions has been extended to 6:00 PM on Monday, March 20th. Submit your Bills and Resolutions to: RallyCongress@proton.me.

FIND ALL THE BILLS & RESOLUTIONS ON THIS WEBSITE
JV & SV Bills and Resolutions submitted by you will be posted on this website by 6:00 PM Tuesday, March 21st for you to study, research and decide your PRO & CON arguments for and against each one. The Bills & Resolutions will be posted at the appropriate Junior Varsity or Senior Varsity TAB on the left-hand column.
